Multiple Vehicles involved in a Road Traffic Collision on M1 Northbound

Emergency services received reports to multiple cars involved in a road traffic collision on the M1 northbound between junction 21a and junction 22.

The carriageway has been closed in both directions.

Police, Fire and East Midlands Ambulance are all in attendance at the scene.

Please avoid the Motorway if possible this afternoon
