Police are seeking witnesses to an assault in the Westcotes area of Leicester.

An investigation into an assault in Sweetbriar Road, Leicester, yesterday morning (Sunday 10 May), continues.
The incident was reported at 11.25am, the 33-year-old victim was taken to hospital for treatment, he has since been discharged.
A 51-year-old woman, who was arrested on suspicion of Section 18 Grievous Bodily Harm with intent, has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
The scene was cordoned off while enquiries were ongoing at the scene but that has since been lifted.
