A man has been stabbed in the City centre tonight.
Officers are investigating a report of a stabbing in Leicester city centre.
Police received a call at 6.19pm this evening (19 January) following a report of two men fighting in Granby Street during which one of the men sustained a stab wound to his arm.
The injured man has since attended hospital and his injury is not described as life threatening.
The suspect left the scene before officers arrived.
Our investigation remains at an early stage and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident 514 of 19 January.
