Detectives are currently investigating after a report of a shooting in Mulberry Avenue, Leicester. Police received a call shortly before 11pm yesterday (Saturday 3 February) reporting a firearm had been discharged into the driver’s side of a car while it was stationary in the street. A man has died following a collision in Aylestone Road this morning (Friday 25 November). Shortly before 4am, an officer from the force’s Roads Policing Unit (RPU) attempted to stop a black BMW, but the driver failed to do so.
