Police are currently dealing with a serious incident on London Road here in the city tonight. A large police cordon is in place between Saxby Street and Prebend Street. A man has been charged with several burglary offences and is appearing at court today (Wednesday 22 July). Shawn Tulley, 43, of no fixed address, has been charged with six counts of burglary, three counts of attempted burglary and criminal damage. He is appearing at Leicester Magistrates’ Court today.
