New residents' parking scheme begins next week
A New residents’ parking scheme will come into effect on roads close to Leicester’s Golden Mile from next week. Leicester City Council is introducing the permit-only parking scheme in the Belgrave area to help address local concerns about the number of commuter and business vehicles using residential streets for free all-day parking.
