Police are currently dealing with a serious incident on London Road here in the city tonight.
A large police cordon is in place between Saxby Street and Prebend Street.
The road is closed to traffic and pedestrians in both directions.
A large police presence and armed police officers are at the scene.
Multiple Police cordons are in place to rear of the building’s, in the car parks which runs of De Montfort Place.
