Three men arrested after stabbing
Police have confirmed that a man was stabbed on Aikman Avenue this afternoon just after 2:45 p.m. Three men have been arrested.
A spokesperson from Leicestershire Police said:
“Just after 2.45pm police were called to Aikman Avenue following a report a man in his 20s had sustained a stab wound injury.
He was taken to hospital and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Three men – a 24-year-old and two aged 20 – have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
They remain in custody and enquiries into the incident are continuing.”
