Detectives are investigating after four pedestrians were injured in the city centre when they were involved in a collision yesterday evening (Saturday 26 September). The collision occurred on Vaughan Way at 10.12pm and involved a silver vehicle. Vaughan Way in the city is currently closed due to a serious Police incident. A large Police presence is at the scene, Vaughan Way is closed at the junction with Highcross Street. Several Police cordons are currently in place. Please avoid the area if possible. Heavy traffic reported in the surrounding areas. Local diversions are in place.
