A pedestrian has died following a collision in Leicester Road, Quorn, last month. Police received a call at 3.33pm on Tuesday 18 August following a report of a road traffic collision in Loughborough Road near to the junction with Granite Way. A road closure is in place this evening on Loughborough Road between Mountsorrel and Quorn due to a serious Road Traffic collision. The road is closed from the Granite Way roundabout (near Waitrose) towards Quorn Village. Collision investigation unit has now arrived at the scene, the road is expected to be closed for sometime.
