The popular annual event – which will be held on Victoria Park on Saturday 1 August – will include a colourful carnival parade starting at the park from midday, before heading into the city centre and back again. Emergency services are currently dealing with a serious Road Traffic collision on Preston Rise in Hamilton. The air ambulance service has landed near the Tesco Petrol station.
