Emergency services were called just after 8.30 this morning after a construction tipper truck collided into a house on Leicester Road in Fleckney.
The house on the corner of Park Street and Leicester Road is severely damaged after the tipper truck ran into the front of the house.
The entrance to the new housing development site is directly opposite to the damaged house.
No injuries have been reported.
The road remains closed to allow recovery of the lorry.
