CCTV image issued after stalking offences reported

Police officers investigating incidents of stalking have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to identify and trace in connection with the incidents.
The victim reported a man hanging around her place of work in the city centre on several occasions.
He made her feel uncomfortable and despite being told that his behaviour was distressing he continued.
As part of our enquiries officers would like to identify this man as he may be able to assist with their investigation.
