Police are appealing for public help to find a missing teenage girl. Ruby Whitehall was last seen in the Western Boulevard area of Leicester at around 3.20pm yesterday (Saturday 29 August). She currently resides in the Jarrom Street area of Leicester. Ruby, who is 15-years-old, is described as white, 5ft 2ins tall with long brown/red hair.
