Front garden walls on a row of houses in a Leicester neighbourhood are to be repaired and rebuilt as part of a neighbourhood improvement scheme. Leicester City Council is working with householders along a busy stretch of Welford Road to improve or reinstate damaged or missing front garden boundary walls. It’s the latest phase of a citywide programme of investment that has seen similar schemes completed on Evington Road, Green Lane Road and Narborough Road over the last seven
