Celebrating 41 years of carnival here in Leicester. Thousands gathered to celebrate the Caribbean Carnival. This yearly festival was hosted at Victoria Park – featured a vibrant carnival parade that began at the park, proceeded through the city centre, and then returned. This year’s theme was Crowned by Culture - Caribbean Queens and Kings. Get ready for a prehistoric adventure as Leicester Dino Fest stomps into the city centre for a weekend packed with dinosaur-themed fun for the whole family! Presented by BID Leicester and Leicester Cathedral and taking over Cathedral Gardens (Saturday) and Jubilee Square (Sunday) on 25 & 26 July 2026.
