A company has been charged with corporate manslaughter following the death of a man in April 2021. Green Steel and Cladding Ltd, formerly of Kirkgate, Whaplode, Spalding, Lincolnshire, is charged with corporate manslaughter following the death of Paul Johnson, 45.
