Police are appealing for public help to find a missing Rothley teenager. Scarlett Facey was last seen at her address in the Woodfield Road area at around 7pm last night (Tuesday 29 September). Scarlett, who is 15-years-old, is described as white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, of a slim build with black hair which has a dyed pink stripe at the front.
