Leicester’s Vigil Clock Tower in response to this deadly terrorist attack.

Today at the clock tower a vigil “Bringing People together in Love not Hate” as a community, in solidarity to say we won’t allow islamaphobia or any hate spread to effect our wonderful communities, no matter who you are or where you come from.

49 people were killed and more than 20 seriously injured in a terror attack on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, on Friday.

Vigil’s have been taking place all over the UK and across the world. in response to this deadly terrorist attack.

Samantha Saira organiser of today’s Vigil said it was a bit early for a large gathering to be organised. but I just wanted to show my sorrow and to let people know in Leicester and the world we care, and to love and not hate.
